Evolve Pilates is a boutique Pilates and fitness studio devoted to helping others evolve by embracing mindful movement. Pilates is a practice that connects us to the present moment by incorporating whole body movement with breath and awareness.
All sessions are specifically designed to develop strength, flexibility, and balance for all ages and fitness levels.
We understand that adapting new exercise methods can be challenging. Our goal is to help create a connection between the responsiveness of your core to the sculpting of your limbs. Practice mindful movement and strengthen from within.

Reformer Mix is a 60 min class that incorporates the Reformer with the Fuse Ladder and the Bodhi Suspension System, the first 4-pt suspension system designed for fitness. Some extras may be used throughout class such as light weights, resistance bands, and various balls.
RPM is an advanced, athletic, 60 minute class that keeps the body moving and the muscles challenged to the point of exhaustion. This class is recommended for those with prior Pilates and/or vigorous exercise experience only. Be prepared to burn and sweat!
The 45 min Xpress Reformer class is a condensed version of the 60 min Reformer Mix class, but don’t let the shorter time fool you! Each class is a complete full body work out, with four levels available to choose from; Intro/I, Level I, Level I/II, and Level II.

SB Burn is an energizing 50 minute class that creates an integrated balance of strength, flexibility and endurance. This calorie burning, core conditioning class combines work on the Bohdi Suspension System with the Pilates Springboard. Various props such as ankle/hand weights, balls, and bands are often used to spice things up.
This slower paced, 50 minute class fuses classic Pilates mat work with various exercises on the Springboard, Bodhi Suspension System and the ExoChair. Other props such as the half arc, Pilates ring, and light weights may be incorporated as well. The primary focus is to lengthen, strengthen and hone the entire body, with delicious stretching offered throughout class. Clients will be sure to leave feeling strong and stretched!
This 50 min mat based Pilates class combines classical exercises on floor with creative moves on the Pilates Exo Chair, the focus being core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. Some small props such as the ball and ring may be used for extra spice! All levels welcome.

All classes require a 12 hour cancellation notice to avoid late charge. Prior registration is required. All packages are non transferable. All 10/15 Pks expire in 90 days and all 5 Pks expire in 60 days. No refunds will be issued. Monthly memberships are reoccurring, with 30 days notice to cancel. Think of privates as Pilates personal training. Whether it be a challenging strength workout or a low impact intro session, all sessions are created to help improve flexibility, develop strength, and alleviate stress. Each 60 or 45 minute session specifically caters to the clients' individual needs and scheduling requests.
Bring in your BFF, significant other, family member, or co-worker to a personal Pilates class with just the 2 (or more!) of you. This 60 minute session is similar to Privates, with the focus, intensity, and scheduling determined by the clients' requests.
Evolve Pilates Studio is available for rent during off hours for private functions such as birthday and graduation parties, showers, and other special events. Please contact the studio for more information.

Hi, my name is Diana Legel and I truly enjoy sharing my love for movement! Pilates has been an important part of my life for over 20 years. In 2002, I was diagnosed with a very large tumor in my abdomen and had to undergo major surgery to remove the mass. After gaining nearly 30 lbs during the following year and battling depression, I had lost almost all hope for ever being happy and healthy again. My grim outlook took a significant positive turn when my dear friend and mentor shared this amazing, life-changing system of movement. I was instantly hooked!
After practicing for a few months, I decided to share the love and became certified. I attended The Pilates Institute of Birmingham and went on to become PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) certified in 2006. After teaching at Townsend Pilates Studio (now Equilibrium), I went on to assist in opening 2 other successful Pilates studios, Pure Element Pilates in West Bloomfield, MI and EnCore Pilates in Clarkston, MI. Other studios I've taught over the years include Body Pure, Beverly Hills Club, and Franklin Athletic Club. One of the many things I love about Pilates is that one can never plateau! The body is such an incredible vessel and when treated with love, it can amaze you with what it can accomplish, at any age. I am living proof :)
Nicole discovered STOTT Pilates in 2016 while recovering from an injury due to years of high-intensity workouts with little attention to form. She was instantly inspired by the transformation she saw in her strength and body awareness. Nicole was even more moved by the sense of community amongst clients and instructors, so she jumped at the opportunity to train in the STOTT method and made the career change to become an instructor. She loves mixing traditional personal training and cardio with classical Pilates principles to deliver an intense workout that is not only effective, but most importantly, safe for all.
Kelley Verbeest started her Pilates journey in 2007 initially as a client. After falling in love with this method of movement and experiencing the incredible results it had to offer, she decided to get certified thru Balanced body in 2010. With over 15 years of teaching experience, Kelley has spent the last 10 years owning her own business, Peace Pilates. Her specialty is delivering a powerful, athletic workout that challenges the body and mind, and creates a strong, centered physique. Kelley attests her decision to pursue Pilates as a lifestyle has been incredibly rewarding on so many levels.

With over 22 years of experience in the industry, Nicole started her fitness journey teaching small group classes, until she found her love for Pilates 18 years ago. Nicole is certified in STOTT, Barre Intensity, and SLT. She is well versed in training all levels, from those that enjoy or need a more gentle pace to the client who prefers a more athletic approach. She will always find a way to safely challenge each client to their individual potential. In addition to sharing her love of Pilates, Nicole is also a busy mom to 3 athletes and enjoys coaching cheerleading. Nicole is very familiar with types of movement and promises to leave you feeling stretched and invigorated after every session!
Jeanne has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. She is certified as a Group Fitness Instructor and Pilates Trainer in both Classical Platform and Balanced Body. Her extensive knowledge can give every type of fitness enthusiast, from beginner to athlete, a fun and challenging workout that leads to beautiful results!
